Common questions
Is the training tied to a specific CRM platform?+
No. The principles are platform-independent. If the company uses Customer.io or another platform, examples can be adapted to that setup.
Can B2B and B2C teams attend together?+
Yes, although pipeline and lifecycle examples differ, so the scope is balanced around the participants.
Does the training include implementation?+
It covers system design and operating decisions. Technical implementation can be planned as a separate working assignment.
What does the team leave with?+
A practical draft of priority segments, flows and measurement requirements for its own lifecycle.
TRAINING
