Privacy Notice
This notice explains how personal data submitted through contact and application forms on dblok.co is handled.
Data controller
For the purposes of Turkish Law No. 6698, the data controller is E. Deniz Türkoğlu, operator of the D BLOK brand. Contact: deniz@dblok.co.
Data we process
We process name, email, optional phone number, company or brand, selected topic, message, form language, source page and the record that the notice was acknowledged. Cloudflare Turnstile may assess device and connection signals for form security; its verification token is not retained in the enquiry record.
Purposes
Data is used to assess and respond to requests, define a suitable scope, manage the enquiry, maintain security and meet legal obligations.
Method and legal basis
Data is collected electronically when the form is submitted. Processing is based on steps required to establish or perform a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights. We do not send marketing communications without separate permission.
Recipients and infrastructure
Data may be shared with Cloudflare, Resend and, where measurement consent is granted, Google and Microsoft only where required to operate the enquiry and measurement process. It may also be shared with public authorities where legally required. Where overseas infrastructure is used, the transfer safeguards under Article 9 of Law No. 6698 are observed.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for up to three years, taking account of completion and potential legal claims. Longer retention applies only where a contract or legal duty requires it.

You may send requests concerning access, correction, deletion, processing objections and the other rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 to deniz@dblok.co. Reasonable identity verification may be requested.
